Payment has to be done by card.

Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival.

If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more.

We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym.

Gym - The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym.

This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.

Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival.

Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.

It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.
